MINISTRY TRAINING: TRACKS

During Ministry Training you will have the opportunity to take two different specialized tracks taught by seasoned veterans in their fields of ministry.  You are free to choose whichever tracks appeal to you.  There are no prerequisites or requirements to attend any of the classes.  Choose your tracks based on your gifts, where you serve or picture yourself in ministry, or wherever you would like to learn and grow.  The tracks will be broken out into two monthly sessions each so that you will have the option to attend two different tracks. 

TRACK 1: Leadership & Administration

Develop the qualities, tools, and strategies for leading small or large groups, teams, ministries, entrepreneurial ventures or organizations.

TRACK 2: Discipleship & Shepherding

Grow in your ability to help others become more like Jesus through 1:1 mentorship, counseling, and encouragement. This is life on life ministry focused on multiplying followers of Christ.

TRACK 3: Teaching & Preaching

Hone your communication skills for teaching the Bible in a variety of settings, preaching a sermon, presenting, and facilitating discussions in smaller groups.

TRACK 4: Environments & Events (Serving & Helps)

Use your gifts of service, hospitality, and greeting to create environments that help others experience God's presence. We'll explore small groups, gatherings, and large events at Calvary through logistics, planning, and hospitality.  Instructors: Lisa Fusco, Bob Guaglione
